A parent, legal guardian, or other adult may choose to provide contact information such as a name, email address, and phone number, along with a brief description of learning-support goals, a grade range, school setting, and community or ZIP code.
Please do not submit a child's name, school records, health or disability information, account passwords, Social Security numbers, payment-card details, or other sensitive information through a website inquiry form.
3. How we may use information
We may use information to:
- respond to an inquiry or schedule a conversation;
- understand whether Suma's support may be a fit;
- communicate about next steps or requested services;
- operate, protect, and improve the website; and
- meet legal, safety, accounting, or recordkeeping obligations.
5. Children's privacy
The website is designed for parents, legal guardians, and adults. Suma does not knowingly invite or collect personal information directly from children through website forms. A child should not submit an inquiry. If we learn that a child submitted personal information without appropriate permission, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

The website uses HubSpot to display and process the inquiry form, protect it from spam, store submissions, and notify Suma so we can respond. The website also links to Google scheduling. HubSpot, Google, and their supporting services follow their own privacy practices and may use essential cookies or similar technologies to provide those features. Suma does not use the inquiry form to sign visitors up for marketing messages.
7. Security and retention
Suma uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information it handles. No online system can promise perfect security. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, ongoing services, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and legitimate business records, then deleted or de-identified when practical.
